Local specialities are guranteed freshly prepared
Valais platter, "Hobelkäse" , local sausages, Valais rarebits , alpine maccaroni with applesauce, hay soup with dried meat, lamb with polenta,
lamb carpaccio from the Lötschental and delicious apple pie.
All specialities are homemade by local producers. Everything is stored and matured in our rock cellar.
Selected wines from Valais
All wines on the Anenhütte are of first quality and have been carefully selected directly from local vineries. The wines are carefully stored in the cellar of the Anenhütte.

In the evening we serve a 4 course menu. Vegetarian menu upon request.
During the summer season a helicopter supplies the Anenhütte with fresh food on a weekly basis.
